US Secretary of State Marco Rubio rejects claims of a halt in intelligence sharing with Kyiv and urges Ukrainian President Volodymur Zelensky to focus on ending the war.

United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio has rejected claims that Washington suspended its intelligence sharing with Ukraine, stating that the flow of information has not stopped.

Speaking on Monday in Samarkand during a trip for discussions with Central Asian leaders, Rubio pushed back against assertions made by Kyiv authorities. He stated there had been no “pause” in the sharing of intelligence.

The US Secretary of State also urged Ukrainian President Volodymur Zelensky to concentrate his attention on bringing about a conclusion to the conflict with Russia.

“What he should be focused on and what we want to be focused on is bringing an end to this war,” Rubio said while in Uzbekistan.
