Asif Ali Zardari’s telephone call to Maulana Fazlur Rehman: Discuss Senate election and Long March

ISLAMABAD February 19 (News Inspection) Former President Asif Ali Zardari Friday telephoned Maulana Fazlur Rehman to discuss the political situation, Senate elections and the long march.

According to sources, the two leaders exchanged views on Senate candidates from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other provinces.

According to sources, they also deliberated on modus operandi and strategy of the long march.

Both the leaders also agreed t0 accelerate the election campaign of Yousuf Raza Gilani.
