Saudi weather center warns of heavy rain, flash floods in western regions

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Meteorology has warned of moderate to heavy rain that could trigger flash floods and hail in parts of the Kingdom’s western and southwestern regions, with gusty winds also expected in several areas.
