HYDERABAD: Civic life remained paralysed in Hyderabad as the city received intermittent rainfall on Sunday. According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the Met Office in Latifabad recorded 42mm of rain until 5pm, while the City Office recorded 40mm. Power outages were also reported in Hyderabad. The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (Hesco) spokesperson claimed that electricity supply remained suspended on 285 of the company’s 722 11kV feeders.
